Loving Michael Thirteen Years Later

IIt's hard to believe that June 2022 marks  thirteen years since Michael left us. How time has flown since that tragic day. Yet, we still remember the man we loved.

The following sentiment is one that I have on a stamp I bought from Close To My Heart, it is by an unknown author. I felt it would fit Michael.

"There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they are gone, the light remains." -Unknown

The legacy Michael left still endures. Even though he's been gone from this earth for thirteen years, his memory will never be forgotten.

Here are a few sentiments I found on the internet that I  wanted to share. I hope they bring a smile to your face when you think of Michael.

Blessed

Your life was a blessing,

Your memory a treasure.

You are loved beyond words

And missed beyond measure.

******

Gone yet not forgotten;

Although we are apart,

Your spirit lives within me,

Forever in my heart.

******

Your presence we miss,

Your memory we treasure,

Loving you always,

Forgetting you never.

*******

You left me many memories;

Your love is still a guide.

And though I cannot see you,

You're always by my side.

********

Everyday in some small way

Memories of you come our way.

Though absent, you are always near

Still missed, loved and always dear.

Below is a video I made in tribute to Michael sometime last year. I think it speaks to his character. I know it says "12 years" on the video, but it's still relevant.
