Michael Jackson's epic "Bad" album was released 25 years ago in late August of 1987. In September of 2012, his Estate released the 25th edition of this epic album. "Bad" was produced by Michael and Quincy Jones, and went on to chart 5 #1's. "Bad", "The Way You Make Me Feel", "Dirty Diana", "Man In The Mirror", and "I Just Can't Stop Loving You". The album tops the Billboard Hot 100 chart and is in the charts for 91 weeks. It is also in the R&B/Hip Hop charts for 75 weeks.

"Bad 25" debuts at #1 in the US in September of 2012, and the Michael Jackson Live at Wembley concert DVD that's included in the "Bad 25" set tops the charts at #1 as well. The concert DVD is made from a personal copy of Michael's July 16, 1988 concert at Wembley Stadium in London, England. Prince Charles and Princess Diana are in attendance. The concert broke attendance records with 72,000 in attendance.

That Michael's friend and then manager, Frank Dileo was integral in the "Bad" album and subsequent tour.
That Michael won the MTV Video Vanguard Award in 1988 as a result of "Bad's" remarkable short-films? (The award was renamed a few years later to the 'Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award')
That the short-film "Bad" was originally supposed to have featured the artist "Prince", but he declined. The role was then played by Wesley Snipes.
