Here we are upon the second anniversary of Michael's passing. Somehow, it doesn't seem like it should be that long, as at times it does seem unreal or like it was yesterday that he left us. Michael touched our lives in so many ways, and one thing's for certain, he will never be forgotten; and we will always hold his memory in our hearts.

The following poem is one that I (the webmaster) personally wrote.

With This Candle

With this candle I hold my heart in my hand

With this candle I recall your precious face

With this candle I say a prayer for those you left behind

With this candle I whisper your name

With this candle I simply say, "I Love you."

The following is a letter that I wrote to Michael. I hope you enjoy reading it. :)

Dear Michael,

It's so hard to believe that it's been two years since you left us. I know there are so many things that I wish I could tell you, but somehow words just aren't quite enough to express how I feel about you. If I could send hugs to Heaven, I would send you a million.

I never really realized just how much you are a part of my heart. I find myself falling in love with you more and more each passing day.

 How I wish that life had been kinder to you. It pains me to know that you never got the love you so deserved to have on this earth. Yes, I know those precious kids of yours were the light of your life and that your many fans were in a sense your extended family, but  you never had  a woman to love you for the beautiful man you were. Maybe it's just my upbringing, but somehow I feel that you should have had that special someone to hold you when you needed her, to be your support when the world got to be too much, and to cherish your every thought and emotion. Michael, I don't understand why you never had that kind of love, but I do know that Jesus holds you in His Loving Arms and that He'll never let you go.

I just wish that I could hold you, even if for a moment, so I could at least look into your beautiful eyes and tell you, "I love you, my sweet angel."
